In the beginning...

Ann & I just took ownership of the best toy I've ever owned. It's a 1948 Ford F-1, complete with a seemingly smooth running 239 Flathead and a four-speed on the floor. Since this used to be a Texas truck, the body's in decent shape, but it's definitely going to need some attention. We'll probably want to strip all of the paint and start from scratch. The interior is going to need a bit of TLC, too, including new floor pans, upholstery, etc. There's a long road ahead...
